It was great to partner up with Nick Farr and lead the Resilience for Teens Program to Everest Base Camp in Nepal. We had 26 attendees, parents and their kids achieve getting to Base Camp with 100% success rate. It was a challenging adventure surrounded by beautiful and spectacular scenery. It's journeys like this where real life coaching happens. By far the highlight was achieving it with my daughter, even though I had to carry her on my shoulders. Lol.
